🍑🍑🍑Peaches!🍑🍑🍑


Nothing like eating a delicious, juicy peach. They are so yummy with so many benefits.

Peaches help support the bladder and aids in relieving cystitis, decreases gastritis, improves digestion, relieves constipation thus helping support weight loss. (Keep in mind -itis = inflammation)

Peaches contain so many of the key nutrients that we need to have a healthy body: vitamin C, potassium, fibre, magnesium and so much more

. Not only that BUT they also contain many important phytochemicals.

What are Phytochemicals? These basically help prevent and protect us from disease. In peaches that includes beta carotene (an important antioxidant), pectin (helpful with constipation and lowering high cholesterol), quercetin (antioxidant and helps reduce inflammation in the body + so much more!) And many other important phytochemicals.

Eat them grilled, in salads, smoothies or treat yourself with a healthier peach cobbler.
