Krista's passion for helping others is inspired by her own journey of healing trauma and health issues as well as her experience discovering alternative approaches for her sons special needs. As a result, she has become incredibly fascinated with the human body and how we can both support and prevent a variety of illnesses and health issues through a holistic approach with our mind, body and spirit.

Krista is a graduate with merits from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition as a Registered Holistic Nutritional Consultant. She has also graduated from Eastern College with distinctive honours as a Registered Massage Therapist. She has completed certifications in Cupping, Kinesiology taping, Reiki Level 1 & Level 2, Gua Sha & Advanced myofascial release, not to mention the countless hours of research in the field of trauma and addictions. Krista is currently working towards her 200hr Yoga Teacher Training.

Krista is in good standing with multiple associations including the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition Alumni Association, The Academy of Naturopaths and Naturotherapists of Canada, The Association of Naturopath Professionals of Quebec, and with the Association of New Brunswick Massage Therapists. Krista has served as the Regional Director of Zone 2 for the ANBMT.

From her own experience, Krista has gained a strong interest in helping women who are on their healing journey, particularly from trauma such as childhood trauma or domestic violence, addictions and mental health related struggles. She would like to pursue this passion by broadening her knowledge in how trauma deeply affects our body and how touch based therapies and holistic nutrition can be great tools to educate her clients in to help support those affected by trauma.
