Quick post: While visiting Quebec City, I researched for gluten free restaurants. Le Veravin was the first one to pop up. 99% of their menu is gluten free! I was incredibly excited about this.
So we woke up first thing in the morning. Our plan was to explore Old Quebec City for the day. Le Veravin is right on the edge of Old Quebec so it was our first stop! It had a neat energy to it - An old school feel. There was a patio but the morning we went it was fairly chilly outside so we decided to eat indoors. The service was fully bilingual and they were all friendly. They acknowledged and seated us quickly.
Their menu was so awesome! Besides the bagels and croissants - I could order everything on the menu. Saint John could use a restaurant like this.... hmm goals maybe?
It was tough to order because there were so many options. I'm not used of so many options lol! We decided on a chocolate crepe and a breakfast brunch.
Yup! Our orders came fairly quickly and they were delicious. The pictures tell it all.
Definitely give this place a try if you're ever in Old Quebec City. It was so worth the crazy traffic and cursing to get us there LOL
