There are so many different salad dressings out there! This has become one of my favourite salad dressings. I often serve it with a spinach or spring mix salad with dried cranberries, feta, pecans, etc. and it never fails to please anyone who tries it.
This recipe is super easy to make! Throw everything into a mason jar, shake, and voila! DONE. It contains good fats as well as raw, unpasteurized apple cider vinegar which aids in digestion!
Maple Dijon Vinaigrette Recipe:
In a mason jar, add ingredients;
1/2 Cup Avocado oil OR High quality Olive oil
1/4 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar, Raw and unpasteurized
2 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup
2 Tsp Dijon Mustard
Himilayan Salt and Freshly ground pepper, to taste
After placing all these ingredients into the mason jar, throw the lid on and give it a nice shake to combine everything! Throw it onto a salad of your choice. Eat immediately or it can be stored in the fridge for a few days but keep in mind, the oil may harden slightly.
