Chocolate Ganache

Super simple and easy Chocolate Ganache! Great poured over top of any of my brownie or cake recipes. I like to pair this one with my flourless chocolate cake recipe or my vegan chocolate cake recipe.

Chocolate Ganache Recipe:

Ingredients:

5 Tbsp Enjoy Life Chocolate Chips

1 1/2 Tbsp Butter OR Coconut oil

1 1/2 tsp Raw honey or maple syrup

1 1/2 tsp Milk (I use coconut milk but cow milk works)

Throw together that double broiler again, like this >>>>>>>

Throw all the ingredients into the bowl and turn the heat on high. Let it melt and stir well!

Pour on top of your cake and let cool. You can top this with berries/fruit or whatever you like.
